The standard sizes for luggage tags of flexible, rubberized PVC are 80 x 40 x 8 mm and 105 x 65 x 8 mm. These are realisable as well as custom shapes. As each colour is injected in a separate process, the result appears more sculptural than painted or printed surfaces. The flexible rubberized PVC will be dyed according to Pantone, neon colours are realisable, too.
Realisation options:
2D flat: recessed lines between the separate parts of the motif
2D embossed: embossed parts of the motif standing out of a recessed background
half-3D: parts of the motif are moulded three-dimensional, background is flat
