- 180 g sugar powder
- 200 g ground hazelnuts
- 100 g ground almonds
- 2 egg white
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1. Beat egg white with sugar powder.
2. Stir almonds, hazelnuts, cinnamon and lemon juice together and cream into 2/3 of egg white mixture.
3. Roll dough on baking paper (approx. 8 mm thickness) and cut out cookies with the cutter.
4. Glaze cookies with 1/3 of egg white mixture and bake them for about 10-15 minutes in the preheated fan oven (150 °C). Enjoy your cookies!
